Australian Transportation

Australia  is heavily reliant on roads as its main source of transport with most people owning at least one car per household. Though Australia also has a very efficient public transport system that can be used to travel almost anywhere within Australia.

Public transport in Australia altho it may seem expensive at first glance is actually some of the cheapest in the world when compared to the minimum wage, making public transport very affordable.

Australia  also has a thriving Taxi and Uber industry, a Taxi will cost you $1.72 per Km, and an Uber will cost you roughly $1 per Km.
