Revocation of MODL
- As on 08/02/2010, MODL (Migration Occupations in Demand List) has been revoked with immediate effect.
- You are not affected by revocation of MODL if you were a holder of SC 485 visa on 08/02/2010, or you had already lodged SC 485 visa before 08/02/2010, or your GSM application is currently awaiting finalisation and was lodged before 08/02/2010
- For those occupations that were on the previous MODL - It will be harder to claim "recent work experience" or "age exemption" waiver for Employer Sponsored (ENS) applications lodged after 08/02/2010
