PROVISIONAL RESIDENCE - Skilled Regional (Family Sponsored)
If you have an eligible and immediate family member who is an Australian PR / Citizen who resides anywhere in Western Australia (including Perth), they can now contribute an extra 10 points to your points test for Permanent Residency.

To apply for this visa you will need:

1.    an eligible and immediate* family member who is an Australian PR / Citizen who resides anywhere in Western Australia (including Perth)

2.    to have a successful skills assessment in an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL)

3.    to be under fifty (50) years of age

4.    to have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 in each of the four components / bands

5.    to pass the points test – 65 points  (you will pick up a bonus 10 points for having an eligible and immediate relative as outlines above)

If you meet the above criteria then you may be eligible to apply for a 3 year temporary visa that provides pathways to Permanent Residency*.
