**EasyMigrate awaits the final legislation “fine-print” before we can confirm these practical benefits:

1. EasyMigrate clients who are currently studying may be able to use their “CITY-BASED” employer to go directly to “PERMENANT RESIDENCY” under this scheme.         

A) The job offered must be a Skilled Occupation (Diploma or Degree). Applicants may not need to undertake the Job Readiness Test.

B) Employer must provide for eligible period of employment contract*.

C) Wages need  to reach the eligible amount*, minimum 38 hours per week plus 9% superannuation.

D) IELTS English  language test will be adjusted to a lower band*.

2. Students studying for 2 years in a Perth based college or university may become eligible for extra 5 points under “REGIONAL STUDY” criteria.

3. Working Holiday Visa (WHV) applicants who work in Perth may be considered as “regional” worker*.
