- Acknowledge the receipt of your application within three working days, giving you a file number, contact officers name and a contact telephone number.
- Acknowledge the receipt of additional information or documents within three working days, if you provide an e-mail address.

- Give us accurate and complete information about yourself, your family and your circumstances.
- Inform us, (quoting your file number) if your circumstances change during the processing of your case - for example, if you change your address, marry, or have a child etc. Provide all documents within the specified time frames.
